Patient Reference Group

Our Patient Reference Group is made up of a small group of patients from different backgrounds, ie retired and working people, mixed age range, sex and ethnicity who meet up several times a year. The main purpose of the Patient Reference Group is to discuss patient survey results, stimulate discussion, identify and address needs and plan any changes together. This has proved very useful in helping the practice identify and address problems from the patient perspective. If you would like to become a member of the Patient Reference Group and would like further information please contact Practice Manager, Mrs Lynn Crutwell for details.

Government have announced we are moving into the delay phase of #COVID19. This means, if you have a new cough OR a high temperature (37.8 degrees or higher), but generally feel well, you do not need to contact anybody. You do need to self isolate for 7 days.

We expect the NHS to be exceptionally busy in the coming days and weeks. If you have serious symptoms that you cannot manage at home or persist longer than 7 days, please go to NHS 111 online, or call 111 if you cannot go online.
