Our Patient Reference Group is made up of a small group of patients from different backgrounds, ie retired and working people, mixed age range, sex and ethnicity who meet up several times a year. The main purpose of the Patient Reference Group is to discuss patient survey results, stimulate discussion, identify and address needs and plan any changes together. This has proved very useful in helping the practice identify and address problems from the patient perspective.
